Aldio Chocolate Liqueur is a Filipino dessert alcoholic drink made from Batangas Kakaw (chocolate). The oldest cacao trees in the Philippines (criollo variety) are found in San Jose, Batangas where  tsokolate tablea delicacies are produced. The criollo variety is the rarest and the best kind of cacao. It is aged to create distinct bouquet of essences and aroma to easily identify the base flavor of our liqueur. It must possess a smooth and lingering mouth feel, and the alcohol must have mellowed enough to lose the harshness but keeping the warm feeling as it passes down the gullet. It has 25% alcohol per volume.
